Performance
As a student, R is constantly met with performance opportunities and the chance to expand their reparatory and understanding of the vast world of music. R has been performing the violin for 9 years, throughout various school and local orchestras. They have experience in being a concertmaster, orchestra member, soloist, and accompanist.
R is currently a performer with the Sunderman Conservatory Orchestra and the Sunderman Conservatory Symphonic Orchestra, with previous experience in the Charles County Youth Orchestra, Thomas Stone Orchestra, Thomas Stone Chamber Orchestra, Thomas Stone Symphonic Orchestra, and as an accompanist with the Chesapeake Chorale Arts Society.
In the world of solo music, R is a student studying under the prominent violinist Dr. Elly Toyoda. They have studied and performed works from the likes of Johann Sebastian Bach, Anton Dvorak, Gabriel Faure, Bela Bartok, and others.
As an orchestral performer, R works under Dr. César Leal in the Sunderman Conservatory Orchestra and the Sunderman Conservatory Symphonic Orchestra, typically putting on around 4 concerts a year. Performances include various concerts with the Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, and as accompanist in the Sunderman Operas.
Dunbar is currently accepting performance and recording commissions for original and canonical works, which can be discussed through individual contact. Rates can be determined based on need, size, length, and dedicated time.
